1. Service Description
Logopoly provides a fast logo design service. Each purchase includes one (1) final logo concept based on the information submitted by the client.
2. No Revisions Policy
This is a no-revision service. By placing an order, you agree that only one final logo will be delivered and no revisions or changes are included.
3. Delivery Time
The final logo will be delivered within 72 hours after successful payment and submission of all required information.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not provided after delivery of the final logo.
5. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate and clear information in the brief. The final result is based entirely on the information submitted.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final logo for personal or commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Logopoly is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the logo.
